Risk logic: shaded bands mark swings that meet your thresholds — red-tinted for pressure (climb or fall alike), green-tinted for temperature. The tints are translucent: where they overlap the colour deepens, flagging hours when both are changing at once — the highest-risk condition. Bands span the full climb or fall, from the swing's start to the last hour still meeting the threshold. Research on pressure-triggered migraine most often implicates drops of ~0.5 kPa (5 hPa) over 24 h; you are tuned more sensitively at 0.3 kPa — adjust as you learn your own pattern.
